The Nameplate is Key: The model number alone is sometimes insufficient. We request a clear photo of the manufacturer’s metal nameplate. This confirms the specific Series, Voltage, and Bill of Material (BOM) number.
Refrigerant Verification: You must confirm the gas type (e.g., R134a, R404A, R290, or R410A). Using the wrong refrigerant in a compressor designed for a different gas will lead to immediate failure and void the warranty.
Voltage & Frequency Check: Global power grids vary. Whether you need 115V/60Hz (USA), 220V/50Hz (Europe/Asia), or 3-Phase 380V, this must be explicitly confirmed during the inquiry stage to prevent electrical burnout.
Application Matching: We verify if your application requires LBP (Low Back Pressure for freezers), MBP (Medium), or HBP (High Back Pressure for A/C and chillers). Installing an LBP compressor in an HBP application will cause the motor to overheat.
Performance Benchmarking: Before shipment, units undergo rigorous testing for volumetric efficiency, motor amperage draw, and noise levels
